Catering rules loosened

Amid growing concerns and criticisms about Sodexo being the exclusive caterer for on-campus events, an agreement was reached to reverse that policy. USFSP applies for parking garage solar panels

Students tired of parking on the sunny seventh floor of the parking garage may finally have some relief. Plans for a 350-spot expansion and a solar panel rooftop covering for USF St. Petersburg’s parking garage are underway to eliminate that problem while generating green energy. A bull of our own

USF St. Petersburg’s latest campus addition was installed on the lawn outside the University Student Center on Feb. 7. The anatomically correct bull weighs in at 850 pounds and is made of bronze. Funding for the $10,000 bull came from Student Government’s capital account. Facilities staff lowered the bull with a forklift onto four concrete platforms on its new home facing Sixth Street South.
