In its second year, Whigfest Music and Arts Festival, put on by St. Petersburg record label Attic Records over President’s Day weekend, effectively channeled the energy of our country’s early rebels to revolutionize the local festival scene. Anchored in the courtyard at Jannus Live, the festival opened up to three surrounding venues, MacDinton’s, Mandarin Hide
