What better way to learn about the USF St. Petersburg campus than to write about it?
As a transfer student, I only got a semester of in-person classes before COVID-19 forced everything to transition online. This made it difficult to feel connected and involved with my new campus.
I joined The Crow’s Nest knowing very little about journalism and found my footing along the way. The Crow’s Nest made it not only necessary, but easy, to integrate and familiarize myself with campus life.
I had to write about it.
The opportunities and experiences The Crow’s Nest gave me are invaluable and I know that the skills I learned will benefit me in future endeavors.
