Now that you have settled in and the move-in festivities have ended, you may think the fun times on campus are over. Luckily for the more extraverted students, the Spring semester is filled with exciting activities that you don’t even need to leave campus to enjoy.

Feb. 3: Diversity and Inclusion Conference

USF St. Petersburg’s 4th annual Diversity and Inclusion Conference is returning to the campus’ ballrooms at the start of next month. USF employees and students get free access to a day or workshops and lectures, all addressing ways to improve social justice and inclusivity at USF.

Feb. 17-18: St. Petersburg Science Festival

This STEM-filled festival takes place right on USF St. Petersburg’s Poynter Park –– Right outside the library. You can enjoy two days filled with all sorts of scientific discoveries, from marine science to geology. This event is free to all attendees, no registration required.

April 10-16 : USF week

A university-wide staple, USF week is returning at the end of the semester. Students can burn off finals-fueled anxieties with a week of fun activities and events. The schedule has not been released yet, but you can look forward to tons of exciting distractions. Bingo, movie screenings and giveaways have all made appearances in recent years.

April 20: The Rocky’s

Ever wondered what you would wear to a red-carpet event? Now’s your chance to find out. USF St. Petersburg is hosting The Rocky’s –– a yearly celebration of the campus’ best and brightest. April 27: Late Night Breakfast

A fan favorite treat, this semester’s Late Night Breakfast takes place during the last week of classes. A night owl? Planning on studying the night away? Just really love pancakes?
