The University of South Florida homecoming football game tradition continues Saturday, Oct. 14 at the Raymond James Stadium against the Florida Atlantic University Owls.

Alumni, family and friends will come to Tampa Bay from near and far for not only the game, but for USF’s annual Family and Friends weekend.

Students can support the team with their student section tickets or with their family with a purchased seated ticket.

Fans will be cheering on the Bulls after a hard loss to the University of Alabama Birmingham Blazers with a score of 35-56.

Attendance in the student section decreased after USF’s loss to the University of Alabama and now as the Bulls come back home, the audience level could still be challenged, even on the memorable weekend.

Still, if all goes in the Bulls favor this weekend, homecoming will not be the only celebration as two more wins will qualify for bowl game eligibility.

The game against the Owls is unpredictable after a road win against Navy followed by a defeat from the Blazers.

The Alumni Association will be holding its homecoming spirit tent in lot 6D from 12:30 p.m. until kickoff.

Transportation is provided to the game for Tampa campus students.  Rides are free for the big game with a USF Student ID from the Bulls Blitz bus. Pick up starts three hours before kickoff from the Marshall Student Center Loop and ends 45 minutes before kickoff.

Kickoff for the Bulls vs Owl matchup will be live on ESPN2 at 3:30 p.m.
