After hitting three big milestones in Lightning history during the Oct. 26 game — with Nikita Kucherov reaching 1000 career points, Victor Headman reaching 800 points and Brandon Hagel reaching 300 points — spirits were high.
The bolts returned home hopeful for another win against the Nashville Predators on Oct. 28.
And they delivered with a 2-1 overtime win by Kucherov.
Not without an overturned offside goal, however, which would’ve been Hagel’s first goal of the season and an overturned goal due to referee interference.
